What should I expect when I book a styled picnic with Daisy Picnic Co.?

Bookings require at least 72 hours notice. We will be in touch to work out any final details such as picnic location, time, meeting place or other details before your picnic. On the day of, Daisy Picnic Co. will arrive early and have everything you need for your picnic set up when you arrive. Be sure and remember to bring your favorite meal, dessert, snacks, drinks and ice! After two hours (or more if you’ve chosen the “extra time” add on), we will return to clean + pack up the picnic. If you’d like to leave early, please let us know to come back early. Our picnics don’t like to be left alone!


What if the weather doesn’t cooperate with my picnic?

Be sure and check the weather forecast before your picnic. In the case of inclement weather, reach out to us and you can reschedule, move your picnic indoors or cancel it up to 24 hours in advance. Weather related cancellations will receive a 100% refund from Daisy Picnic Co. Vendors (charcuterie, desserts, florals) other than Daisy Picnic Co will apply their own refund policy.

Is there anything we need to bring?

Unless you’ve chosen to add on charcuterie or desserts, most guests will bring their favorite meal, snacks or drinks to enjoy during their picnic. If you do choose to add charcuterie or desserts, Daisy Picnic Co will take care of pickup and have it waiting for you at your picnic when you arrive.

Can you set up at any location?

Unfortunately, no. Some locations don’t allow picnics (yet!) but we will work with you to find your perfect picnic location!

How do I submit payment?

Payment in full is required upon receipt of invoice. After you submit your booking request, we will be in touch to work out final details. After details are finalized, a contract + invoice will be sent from Daisy Picnic Co via HoneyBook.

Can you provide alcohol?

Daisy Picnic Co. does not provide alcoholic beverages.

Do we have to stay the entire time we’ve booked?

While our picnic rates are two hour minimum for booking, you do not have to stay the entire time. We do ask that if you leave early, please let us know so we can pack up. Our picnics don’t like to be left alone!

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours in advance of the booking for a 100% refund. Unless weather related, cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.

In the case of inclement weather, reach out to us and you can reschedule, move your picnic indoors or cancel it (for a 100% refund from Daisy Picnic Co) up to 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation for any reason with less than 24 hour notice will not receive a refund.

Vendors (charcuterie, florals, desserts) other than Daisy Picnic Co. will apply their own refund policy.

What if I need to reschedule?

Guests may reschedule their picnic service up to 24 hours in advance. However, rescheduling is limited to appointment availability. A rescheduled picnic must be booked that day or the cancellation policy will apply. If you’ve chosen to add florals, charcuterie or desserts from other vendors, their own refund/reschedule policy will apply.

What about COVID-19?

The great thing about picnics is that they can be set up to allow for social distancing. All dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, rugs, blankets and pillows are steam sanitized between each booking. Table tops and other decor/items are disinfected with Clorox.
